Description
Its Fanatic Groups always have Global Power equal to their base printed Power, ignoring temporary boosts. Its special Goal lets each Secret Group you control count double toward your total, but only for Groups more powerful than (or tied with) the strongest Secret Group any single rival controls. When two of its Fanatic Groups fight each other, either owner may choose to treat their alignments as matching instead of opposed.
