Description
As a Group, the Vampires can turn a Personality they successfully attack and take control of into a permanent vampire; separately, any vampire Personality (unlike the Vampires group itself) cannot be killed or assassinated by ordinary means, only through Magic, though a plain Attack to Destroy still works against them.
